I am studying BTEC First Diploma Travel and Tourism Level 2 and need help in Unit 2: Customer Services -
Understanding/identifying different types of customers? The most important point if you haven't covered it, is to deliver the service you promise to the customer - doing exactly what it says on the tin, so to speak - or coming up with a better alternative if that is not possible,
Customer service is a bit of a euphemism for flannelling the punters when it has all gone t*ts up and you have no way of sorting it out. The aim should to avoid getting into that situation in the first place since you are not likely to see them again - people have long memories when it comes to being messed about. (topic is a noun not a verb btw) |
