No, I avoid them at all costs.
I fill up with petrol before I set off so I don't have to pay the rip off prices

only for toilet breaks and red bull top-ups (if necessary) - otherwise, why would you? they're overpriced and filled with strange people!

Yes, and end up paying twice the normal rate for a top up of sandwiches and sweets, and often come away with silly novelties like chewable toothbrushes, because the kids wanted them!

hey
yeah, roughly for every four hours of driving, it is recommended that you take at least a 15 minute break.
