Yes it still runs from Algeceris to Cueto, don't know the cost sorry.

yes it does i travelled to tangier last month i think it cost about 60 euro for three of us but we had a car so if you travelled with no transport it might be cheaper

Yes it is quite frequently from Algeciras to Tangier, limited service from Gibraltar to Tangier, limited service fron Tarifa to Tangier.

It is better to go from Algeciras (15 mins in taxi from Gib) to Tangier, takes 1 and half hours costs Euro 140 return by car or 45 Euro single by foot.
