Has anyone had an issue with Agoda travel customer service? Who can I contact other than cs to resolve?

Their customer service is in another country, I think it is the Phillipines. (Manilla) They(cs)have been rude and unprofessional to me by phone and by email. I would like to write an email or letter to the owner, CEO or president of Agoda. Or please any suggestions on who to contact other than CS within this company.
I have tried cs and the manager of cs, they say there are no managers to pass me along to. I have tried to find an address online to no avail.
If anyone has the corporate mailing or email address and the name of a upper management person would greatly be appreciated.

If customer service reps are rude to you ask to speak to the supervisor and keep going up the ladder until you get the results you want. Also ask for email address, etc as you go up in complaints. Try checking on google for the name of the CEO or president of the company. Good Luck !!!!
