Has anyone had an issue with Agoda travel customer service? Who can I contact other than cs to resolve?
Their customer service is in another country, I think it is the Phillipines. (Manilla) They(cs)have been rude and unprofessional to me by phone and by email. I would like to write an email or letter to the owner, CEO or president of Agoda. Or please any suggestions on who to contact other than CS within this company.
I have tried cs and the manager of cs, they say there are no managers to pass me along to. I have tried to find an address online to no avail.
If anyone has the corporate mailing or email address and the name of a upper management person would greatly be appreciated.
