Gosh, I doubt if there's a single manufacturer. The Royal Mail red pillar boxes have been in use for at least 150 years, and are embossed with the cypher of the monarch at the time the box was made. George VI are still fairly common, and I've seen a few George V boxes. I know there are a few Edward VII and Queen Victoria boxes still in service. We also have "hole in the wall" letter boxes in the same style, built into the masonry. I'm sure there have been many companies who have manufactured these items.
