Btec travel and tourism customer service help?

Daughter has to make a guide to good customer service due in tommorow.
silly child leaving it until the last minute
but now she is stuck
any ideas?

Though not able to understand exactly what is require but whatever understood, it looks like she looking for some project report.

May be start with some good Travel service site.

To present it in more unconventional way, she can have presentation in form of ship or plane.

Start with simple guide/ scout story and narrate the story throughout about helping in travel i.e. when Tourism Customer Service provide help they basically need to be virtually with them and take them virtually to the place. Computer aided prog are alway nice.
