Good film/photography arts/travel college?

Is there any college out there that is a good film/photography arts based school? Also would there be programs that would allow me to travel perhaps, thanks.

The University of Cincinnati has a great art school. I'm not sure if you're close to Ohio or not, but they're worth it. A lot of their provided internships take you around the country wherever you want to go. And you usually get the chance to live in an apartment with other interns from the school. I don't attend there but I have friends that do. One of their greatest aspects is probably their music school. But I know they have many other great art programs there too.
