Where ARE you?? Where are you shipping the luggage from?? I'm sure you can locate most any cargo shipping company via your local telephone directory or website. If not, most ALL major passenger airlines ship cargo. Contact one of them in your area.

Just look for an airline that you know flies to India, air cargo is a big part of most airline's business and will be happy to ship your luggage for you.
