Can I trust U-Haul's equipment for cross-country travel? I am moving across the country using U-Haul's 14ft. box truck and car trailer. I heard some people say they never had any problems and some say they had poor equipment resulting in break-downs. Opinions?

As a U-Haul dealer for the last 5 years, I have heard a lot. In the last two years, U-Haul has replaced a lot of their trucks with new ones. I don't hear the complaints about mechanical problems like I use to. Now if something were to go bad, they have a roadside assistance number to call. Good luck and have a safe move.
