Buy some stretch bands, they weigh virtually nothing, and you can use them for toning any place you stay. Usually, most hotels have a gym. You can also buy weights that don't weigh anything until you fill them with water, so they pack light.

WALK - you'd be amazed just how much weight you lose on vacation. One trip to Europe, I ate non-stop - every couple of hours we were eating something. I came home 22 pounds lighter. I figure my metabolism preferred frequent small meals and we did walk a LOT. There was so much to see and do.

Great job planning to keep up the weight loss! You'll be happy you did.

Are you planning to stay at hotels? Most chains like Marriott and upscale hotels have gym facilities, so you can use those to continue your routine. Many hotels also have pools that you can use, or you can swim in the ocean if you're going to a beach destination.

If hotel gyms aren't an option, then here are a few suggestions:
- Go jogging -- every destination has a jogging route.
- Bring something light such as an exercise ball that you can fill with air when you arrive.
- Buy something cheap once you arrive -- and then dispose. A bit wasteful, but if you're desperate...
- When choosing sightseeing destinations, choose ones where you climb lots of stairs, e.g. climbing to the top of cathedrals in Europe. My favorite is the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona -- you can climb 3 of 4 of its towers, a workout.

Good luck!
