Default Can a person bring hunting equipment when traveling to another country?

you think its legal to bring hunting equipment on a plane with you? I know you can't carry it with you in a small bag into the plane but what about with the other luggage that you don't get to pick up after you arrive.

for example
bows
Rifles
B-B guns
etc.?

You need all sorts of permits from the destination and home countries.
Speak with a travel agent and the embassy or consulate of the destination

As a former Airport Security Guard (Frankfurt, Germany) I would say none of those items would be allowed as carry on baggage. And that was before 9-11. Nowadays they'd make a big deal about it. Plus those items are on the big side. A bow case wouldn't fit in the overhead I don't think. Check it in.

Try bringing a rifle into the UK (or a handgun) and you'll be sent back straight away (entry denied)!
Any offensive weapon may land you in big trouble in UK

Not these days...not without a LOT of legal paperwork filed in advance, and inspection.
