How to apply for a travelling companion visa?

I'm the aunt of two childs(teenager) under pettition for immigrants in USA, since the mother is in usa, the mother want me to acompany her children's in USA. The paper's of the said childrens are under process for immigrant Visa. We are waiting for the schedule of the Interview. We are in the Philippines....Thank You...Help us please...

I believe teenage children are able to travel without the need of a traveling companion. I do not know if you will be allowed to accompany them.
