I feel it is a great company, but of course I would say that. I am an RTA myself.

I have been in or around the networking industry for many years.

One of the benefits to YTB is the power team structure. The pay is good enough that it allows for you to afford to work leads and make nice profit.

Most other companies simply will not pay enough per rep to do this.

Well, I would greatly doubt it. Everyone I know in the travel industry is suffering because of the Internet. I would never bother with anything except the Internet--how about you? How is it that this company can be nearly as successful as they are without each new member selling to friends and family and then????? It must be the $500 sign up fee and monthly fee. . .getting more to sign up, etc. Princess Cruise has their own employees. Why if YTB not become their full-time employees or contract employees.

YTB is a Multi-level marketing company. It is legit. However, some of the ways that people choose to market their opportunity is borderline legit. You really have to understand how MLM is set up in order to be successful. It would be in your favor to study the industry prior to getting involved. I have a couple of helpful links about MLM/Network marketing facts in my profile page here at Yahoo Answers.

Best Regards!
