How do I find the Travel chat feature to download it?

I asked a ques and Mr Taco answered explaining Yahoo has a chat forum I can download. Can anyone explain to me were and how. Sorry, I am not all that great with computers but I try. Thanks

I don't know that one for sure but I use meebo.com and that works for all your messengers. I like it because you don't have to download anything!
