Which careers involve traveling and client interaction, instead of just sitting at a desk all day.

Also, which degree would you recommend; a degree in business administration or international business?

A career in something like "sales & Trading" at an investment bank might be cool. A place like Goldman Sachs doesn't care what your degree is but if you are fluent in a few languages, confident and interested in financial affairs then they would be interested. You get to travel all over to meet clients and when at your desk, its all about client interaction.
