When traveling to the Philippines, it is better to bring own wardrobe or to shop there?

bring some, shop there too. but don't go with nothing.

what i do is I carry about 3 shirts/tops and 3 bottoms and shop in Manila because clothes there are a lot cheaper plus I really like the local brands like Bayo, Kamiseta.

Both the quality and variety of clothing that is available in Manila is amazing. The prices are unbelievable (mind you this is from the point of view of an Australian). I am not sure how the above would equate for someone coming from another part of the world.
I strongly recommend that any female who is a size 12 or smaller only brings a minimum wardrobe with her.

Bring enough to wear while going shopping.

Clothing is much cheaper in the Philippines -- inducing lots of "involuntary" shopping sprees. So leave lots of luggage room for your new clothes -- you wouldn't want to go over the luggage limit when it's finally time to head home.

definitely bring enough. then you see something you like, you can buy and use it if necessary.

...bring just enough like your fave tees and pants. then buy everything else there. cheaper yet excellent quality.

its okay if you dont bring wardrobe. it's quite cheap to shop here. just dont forget to wear something on when you get here. lol

generally the clothes are cheap here...

but if you are from China, the clothes are cheaper there.. so just bring your own :P

but if your from other parts of the world.. yeah, you can just buy your stuff here
