Not sure if this is an answer to your question or not, but if you're worried about forgetting where you live, You could carry a note explaining your condition and listing your home address and phone number. (or wear one of those Medic alert bracelets with this info on it) Hope this helps ~

Always carry your photo ID on you,
With your ID in your pocket you or someone else will know how to find your home.
