None of them, if they want to get elected. Florida is one of the most important swing vote states. Florida has a substantial ex-pat Cuban population that despises the Castro brothers. The Florida Cuban vote is the vote that swings the state.

It is time to open trade with cuba and allow the cuban refugees living in Fla. the opportunity to move back. We trade with China, Korea, and even Viet Nam, so why pick on the little island.
