I'm going to travel with Up With People. Anyone know any appropriate fundraising ideas or grants?

I'm looking for any Canadian government grants. They can't be for post secondary or furthering education because up with people isn't yet recognized on that scale (who knows why?!?) I was planning on applying for scholarships, grants or bursaries... anything that would help to raise the cash.
