japanese travel agency in america?

hello. My mother, Japanese, and I are traveling to Japan to visit my family. She usually uses a certain travel agency in which here japanese friend books a flight for us, but her friend no longer works at the agency. Does anyone know of any agencies that cater to japanese natives? or maybe just someone who is japanese working at your agency. We live in Miami and would prefer an agency in California or Florida, but anywhere would be great right now. thank you very much :]
