Traveling to Stafford/Sugarland area outside of Houston, TX in May, anything interesting to do there?

Like cool places to hang out, eat out, shop?

I would suggest Town Square, it a lot to choose from when it comes to restaurants, bars, and shopping. It is right in the center of town and next to Hwy 59, so easy access to everything. There is even a Marriott there if you don't have reservations yet.

Sugar Land's Town Square has some good bars and restaurants (it is also where their city hall is). It is a bit... artificial looking, but not necessarily bad.

The Fountains, a European style outside mall,is a nice place to shop and eat. Take a ride to the Museum District in upper southeast Houston for much more to see as far as eateries, bars, trendy shops, and museums. Enjoy!
