...do you think that people will start to put their bibles down, if we fly out of here? Will technology and understanding reach new heights for even the commoner, in such a way that religious myths become unignorably ridiculous?
I do agree that space travel, if it ever occurs, is a long way off. However, for the religious responders, it was said that "If God had wanted man to fly, he would have created us with wings", before the wright brothers came along and the earth was once the center of the universe too. |

If space travel becomes common, I will travel back in time and kill baby Jesus while he is in the manger. Boom no more xtianity. We will all be pagans.
Oops I misread the question, or for some reason think that space travel equals time travel. But wouldn't that be neat. |

We've landed on the moon and discovered no life. We send probes to Mars expecting water and get nothing. Science will always back up the Scriptures because the Scriptures are truth. That is where you don't get it. You are looking for a modern day tower of babel and the results will be similar. |
