Hotel in the suburbs?

My grandpa is going to visit his youngest daughter who is now living in Tenerife after she married to a local in the Island. He wants to stay only in a Tenerife hotel since her daughter is only renting an apartment being newly weds. Does anyone willing to help us find an accessible hotel in the suburbs? Thanks.

enerally, I like the Flemings hotels. This time we only experienced problems right from the start. The reservation centre had booked us into the Leopoldstrasse despite the fact we wanted the Bayerstrasse. The reception wasn't particularly helpful on changing this.
As Munich is not NYC, I expect somewhat larger rooms and not miniature rooms, in which you can hardly turn around. The bathroom was ridiculously small. When I noticed that we didn't have any towels, the concierge informed us that they had problems with their laundry. So what? Customer-service was definitely not that concierge's strong point. Breakfast was OK but the service a bit disorganised.
Avoid the 01 rooms!
