Yes there is, there is also the Astral realm, Where one apparently goes when one has moved the Karma from this realm. In the Astral realm, the being works out his/her Karma there, and then progresses to the Causal realm, and then after that Karma is finished, they return to Source.
Becoming one with all creation. One with God.
We of course have the ability to travel with the Astral body, I have done, and it is a wonderful thing.

Yes, and it is possible with out psychedelics. There are many books and seminar that teach astral projection. There are people who do it naturally in tuned to spiritual occurances, at times is their sleep. My best friend does every now and then and often tell of psychic abilities. My friend had a near death experience when he drowned and was pronounce clinically dead.

Astral travel can also be dangerous, because there are lots of astral beings claiming to have special powers from their god or goddess, which can lead a naive seeker into spiritual turmoil (John, the author of the book of Revelations was said to be delusional and to have frightening vision, which have been said to come from the astral realm)

Yes there is. Far too many people have experienced it and recorded their experiences which were verified by others to completely discount this phenomena.
And you don't need drugs to experience it. :P

A great book on the topic is "Astral Dynamics: A New Approach to Out of Body Experiences" by Robert Bruce. It really does take a different and more pragmatic approach to the topic, and I've found it to be the best out there on the subject. It doesn't overwhelm the reader and offers quite simple methods towards gaining the ability.

If you are going to start attempting astral travel, I would suggest that you learn a good banishing and protection method first. But I'm pretty sure all that kind of stuff is covered in Astral Dynamics (it's been about 7 years since I've read it).
