What neighboring countries can you travel to directly from Israel by train or plane?

I believe you are allowed to enter Egypt or Jordan from Israel, but people who hold Israeli passports or have an Israeli stamp in their passport are not allowed to enter Dubai. I understand you can have Israeli Immigration stamp a separate piece of paper rather than your passport, but you should check travel restrictions from the embassy or consulate of any countries you wish to travel to before you go.
