In 60 seconds how far will the train have traveled?
Starting at rest a train's acceleration increased by 2 m/s2 every second for 15 seconds. At that point, the train remained at constant acceleration for another 30 seconds, after which the train remained at a constant speed (an acceleration of zero). In 60 seconds how far will the train have traveled? (Remember it was accelerating for the first 45 seconds, then traveled another 15 seconds, and kept going... but we are only worried about the first minute) Ignore all other forces acting on the train. Answer in meters. Thanks.
