hi, how long to travel from dublin airport to dublin amiens st, near train station? is there bb's cheap there?

travelling in july only staying 4 days. flying to dublin then want to stay in dublin so need to stay near amiens street near train station, then find bnb and want to visit bray, anyone can tell me travel distances from airport to dublin, dublin to bray.many thanks

Dublin Airport is in the 'burbs' it will take you 20mins to get to Amiens St., There is a cheap Hotel there in Amiens St., not the best place to stay in Dublin..check out Dublin tourist information..

You can get the train to Bray Co. Wicklow..half and hour or so

You can catch the Airport Coach from the Airport, it leaves you at Busarus which is the citys main provincial bus station in Amiens Street, about 40 min's..... There are loads of cheap B&B's in Gardiner Street 2 minutes walk from the Bus Station, there is a fantastic Hostel right beside the station in the lane next to Keatings Bar in the laneway ( Frenchmans Lane ). It will take you about 40mins to get to Bray by bus which you can get at the same Bus Station. Enjoy your stay \_/ Slainte, Cead Mhile Failte Rhomat = 100,000 welcomes

Catch the 747 bus from the airport to busaras (the main bus depot)
If you head to Gardiner street there are dozens of B&B's there. (gardiner st. is between amiens st and O'connell st.) Theres Issac's hostel and Jacobs (?) hostel as good as across the road from busaras.
The Airport is about 10km from the city centre and can take up to 40mins to travel the distance (depending on traffic).
Bray is about 15-18Km from the citycentre you can catch the DART train from connolly station (it'll cost about 3euro)

Taske the Airport Coach to Busarus which is in Amiens Street.
It takes 30 - 40 minutes depending on traffic.
Lots of accommodation in this area.
Several B&B listed in link below.
The ones in Gardiner St are closest.
They are good value and generally nice places to stay.

I suggest get a dublin bus ticket either 3days it will be cheaper ( 13 euro,untimited journey) u can also use the ticket for aiport buses to city center including express buses. Bus to bray is 145 or get a train to connoly station. Theres BnB near Heuston station or loads or BnB or Hostel in City center.
