We are going to get a cat later this year and would like to know if it can travel on a train?
I ask because we own a caravan and since we don't own a car at the moment it will have to get there by train. The trip is about 30 minutes to one station 1 and a half to another and a final 20 minutes to the last station. Will this be ok? It will be on numerous occasions quite a few weekends and most holidays. I am in the UK |

If the animal (in your case a cat) is contained in a proper carrier there shouldn't be any reason why not. I have had my bird, mice and dogs on a train (not all at once hehehe) I haven't suffered any problems. Best talk to the train operating company just to be sure as some companies may charge a nominal fare.
