they are either very thick, or it's some sorta conspiracy to protect the roads and airportsd lobby again - not so far-fetched when you see Labour's promotion of the extra runway at Heathrow. Future - let's also not forget eh charges to park a the station or your workplace. It's a double bind / trap for people to fork out more one way or another. |

it amazes me, a 2% reduction in v.a.t when everyone is loosin there jobs therefor have no money to spend anyway,,,,and for those that still have jobs, we'll put up the train fares so you cant afford to work,,,and introduce a back to work scheme for single mothers and the sick,,,when theres hundreds of thousands being laid off,,,,honestley who comes up with these ,,,,i swear to god, as soon as i get the motivation, im creating a new political party,,called lets bastardise the pricks who lived so good for soo long creating rules that apply to everyone but themselves,,,

well its nonsense isn't it. but the labour party has to find money to house and keep the six thousand per week that are still flooding over our borders. closing the borders being not possible, since the EU actually own this country, and not the British people. were just constantly being lied to and deceived day after day aren't we. and its not just the stinking traitors in the labour party. its the whole of parliament. between the main three parties they are turning Britain into a nightmare. tearing it apart under orders from the EU.

Unfortunately it's another case of 'all power to the market'.
Having worked in the public transport sector, I can see the damage that privatisation and deregulation have done to it. It's all about profit and very little to do with providing a service. The cost of bus fares have gone through the roof too. The only sensible thing to do is to re-nationalise public transport and bring it back under democratic public control. Privatisation, started by the Tory's, and continued by New Labour, has been an unmitigated disaster! |

I don't think I have to labor the point that we have the biggest idiots running this country, not only in parliament but at the helm of public services.the train services are the worst in europe and yet the most expensive. The public transport system is in tatters and no-one knows what to do about it.But if you force the working man into his car he will pay more in his taxes and then we can add more taxes because he is causing pollution.
When you look at the whole set-up, its empires within empires milking the tax payer for all its worth. They have only on aim and that is to protect each other and sod the rest. Welcome to great britain |

Where I live travelling by train is cheaper than getting the Bus which suits me fine more legroom use of onboard toilets comfortable travelling mostly friendly staff and a late train now and again about twice every six months Iknow this is not the case for everyone Victoria train station is like a maze coming from Thornton heath every morning but I live in a rurall part of britain so for me its Ideal as for the Green Issue when I was a kid our teacher asked us to draw a car of the future and my design is still the same I see a sort of Pedestrian escalator that runs like the one they have in the Airport in Paris to get you to the Station and when you get to the station there will be seating places for a carriage that runs on an escalaror sort of rail they come by every minute to power simply use the Sun Because I dont know if you know this but the Sun is getting very close very very close
