are there any trains or buses that travel from the pocono (in pennsylvania) to newark, nj?

if there arent, does any one know if there are any transportation systems in PA that go into NJ? thanks. I might be moving to the pocono but i still want to go school in newark.
If you know how long the ride will take that would be appreciated as well.

There are many buses that go from the Poconos into New York City where you could catch a bus back to Newark. Martz Trailways operates most of them. It's about an hour and a half from Stroudsburg to NYC depending on traffic.
