train travel prices from vienna?

i was curious as to the price of a train ticket to berlin and/or amsterdam from vienna.

i tried the official OBB website, but it was quite useless.

One-way fare Vienna - Berlin is EUR 98,20, if you use the direct train with an IC, connections with an ICE and 1 change is more expensive ( EUR 145,40 ) .Both fares are in 2nd class.
One way between Vienna and Amsterdam in 2nd class is 185 EUR .
Sometimes, flights are less expensive than travel by train, you can check to Berlin with Airberlin or to Amsterdam with Skyeurope.
