It takes about 3.5 hours by car to Cardiff, Glamorgan is a huge county, I was raised in mid glamorgan, it would take about 3 hours to get to there, (by car), I don't know if any coaches go there direct from Heathrow, for a train, you would need to come back to Paddington (Heathrow Express) and take a train from there.
google British rail enquires for train timetables and National Express Coaches for coach enquiries. |

The easiest way to travel is by coach - http://www.nationalexpress.co.uk - which is direct from all the Heathrow terminals to Cardiff. You can probably then get a bus or train to wherever you're going (though Glamorgan as a county hasn't existed for many years!).
