Default traveling nutrition and weight training?

I was wondering if there is anyone who travels pretty much year round around the world. If so,do you have problems maintaining muscle to stay bulk because of lack of nutrition, nutrition supplements, and free weights? I am not sure what countries allow you to bring your own creatine or protein powder with you(theymight think your smuggling drugs, especially if it is an open container). Also, because in america we are a bit spoiled the healthy foods may not be available , nor all the free weights to lead a bodybuilding lifestyle. My question is how do you counteract so much adverties while travelling. I myself am a hard gainer, so, extra activitiy or the lack thereof would make me skinny quite fast.

I pack a rubber tubing with handles for strength training the arms- works pretty good along with push-ups, tricep presses on a chair. If you want more options consider the Portable Lifeline Gym.

You should be able to get by without protein powder, but I doubt they you will have a problem with it in your checked baggage as long as it's labeled. Diets in different countries vary, but it sounds like you know what to look for.
