What alternative spaceship designs are feasible for space travel from EARTH & Beyond?

wouldn't a sphere or pill shaped spacecraft with a centrally rotating center be a better shape and design suited for space travel? Would the rotating center create cravity within the craft and would the spinning cause nausia?

I don't think it will cause nausea, unless the craft is really small and you can see a lot of curvature on the floor.

A circler shape with outer ring rotasion, which will cravity, and magnetic drive.

Since we already have these spaceships this question is fairly ignorant. How about this question instead. When will the powers that have this technology share it with the rest of mankind?
