Can anyone rent out space on Belle Island to conduct a wedding when traveling to Detroit?

arty, sure, anyone can rent the gardens, the casino or even the scott fountain. You don't have to be a Detroit resident, but you do have to pay in cash and you a "strongly urged" to use their supplier of chairs and tables, etc.

It ain't cheap unless you just show up and do the whole thing standing up. Kind of a drive-by wedding sort of thing.
