What do you think space travel will be like in the future?

I have been thinking very deeply about it. It reminds me of when man first took to the ocean. We had no idea how big it was, and stayed close to the shores so we wouldn't get lost. In space we haven't left the "shores" of our own solar system. Sail boats were the first kinds of ships driven by the wind just like normal air planes are. Then we got jet engines, which are like steam engines on boats. Sea travel use to take forever, just like space travel. What will be the next great space technology and what will it be comparable to?

Probably the same as it is now

we will all be living on mars?

It will be non-existent. Manned space travel is a waste of our scientific budget.
