No, carbohydrates in aerosol cans of the past and gases from animal excrement and other greenhouse gases have eaten away the ozone, which are just some of the reasons we are experiencing global warming. However, the planet earth goes through hot and cold periods every so many thousands of years, so it just may be another period we are about to go through. Bear in mind that warm periods are beneficial to mankind.

The hole in the ozone was caused by chlorofluorocarbons or CFCs. This is a chemical used in aerosol cans as a propellant.
