Insane people! The Darian gap is really dangerous, just fly. Ive head it can be done but that it is really dangerous and also can cause trouble for local tribes re the gangs etc.

You have to fly from Colombia to Panama. There's no overland route through the Darian Gap. An alternative is working on a sail boat and sail from the Caribe side of Panama to Cartegena. This will take about 1 week.
