Good travel agency for argentina.?

Can someone give me names for good travel agencies for trips to Argentina. I live in Northern California, so if you know of any in california, that will be great.

Also, if I am on work visa in US , will I need a visa to enter argentina ? (I guess I will, since I am not a US citizen, but just confirming )
