Are IBERIA AIRLINES a good airline to travel from London to South America?

or should I pay an extra £80 and go with LAN AIRLINES?

I would suggest British Airways over Iberia Airlines from personal experience

I work in the travel industry and usually one leg of the itinerary must include a city in the home country. Does the IB flight you're considering include a stopover in Spain? If you don't mind the length of the trip, by all means save the 80 quid. But if the length of the flight is important, you might see if you can get a better routing.

And I have to agree that BA is a fab airline. I've never flown LAN so I don't have any comment on their service.

Iberia are a good airline , if it's a quick connection in Madrid, go for it.

Umm - well, it all depends.

What class of service will you be flying in? If you are traveling in Business Class then IB has recently launched a new Business class product that (while being ages better than their last product) is good when compared to IB's South American competitors.
