Yes some are flights are beeing delayed. But it won't last long (less than one month certainly). The violence is not something to be soooooo worried about. I live in Brazil.
EDITION The only company that is delaying its flights is TAM, it sold more tickets to christmas season that it could. The other companies are OK. But I think TAM will get OK too. |

Gustavo's a local.... I'd take his advice. We went to Brazil a year ago.... everyone told us then it was dangerous. We had no problems. Wherever you travel you have to travel smart, but just go. Here's our page on Brazil: http://www.mousetourstravels.com/brazil.html
Happy travels... even if you don't travel the world... just remember that life is a journey... embrace and enjoy it! http://www.mousetourstravels.com |

Hi :
I have been to Brazil three times in the last 12 months. I experianced only one delay . I would use Tamm , which are good. Don't worry about Violence , most of it is in the poor areas of the cities. From your hotel to meets use taxis . The reason to postpone your trip now is because it's the holiday season and many people are off work , plus it's hot . Have a good trip |
