It depends on your paroll officer. There is a time line for everything. Shortly after the felony if you have a paroll officer, you can't leave the city, later you'll be limited to not leaving the state, then you won't be able to leave the country. Your restrictions improve within time. Eventually, you can leave the country. Check with your paroll officer if you have one. If you don't, go ahead and try to apply for a passport. Don't make any arrangements until you have your passport. Good luck!

It depends what the judge ordered. About going to Brazil or any other country, be ware that now if you committed more crimes there u will be prosecuted here. Bush voted it about two years ago. Crime is high in Brazil depending upon where u gonna be. Stop doing crazy things! Respect them and they will love you and respect you back! Good Luck!
