Need a great Travel Idea, two weeks anywhere in the world except North or South America?

I just had my India trip cancel. I have two weeks of vacation coming up in November. I have never been out of the USA and am Single/Male/White and 33 yrs old. (so keep that in mind) Where should I go ? I have thought Amsterdam, Ibiza, even Moscow. Somebody give me an idea. I would like to meet woman, party some and experience new cultures. I am open to anything and will embrace wherever I go. Please speak from your actual experience. Thanks

Problem is the language.
Majority of the people understand
a few words in English.
For your sojourn, I hope that would be sufficient.
American & other International flights connnect
you with Bangkok (inluding Thai Airways)
the capital of Thailand.
From Bangkok you can go over to Laos,Cambodia & Vietnam by road ( Buses ).
You can reach Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)
and Singapore by road and rail transport.
