I think it is a sample Israel Kamakawiwo'ole - over the rainbow. He's a Hawai'ian musician. Such a beautiful song, I can listen over and over!

@Roman - The Thomas Newman song sounds very similar to Israel, he's portugese tho, so my guess is it's Israel as he comes from the south pacific. :-)
