No. Nepal is in the Himalayas. On the boundary between the Indian and Eurasian(?) plate.

No Nepal is in central/east Asia a long way from the Pacific Ocean to the east.

Sorry, Nepal is not at the Pacific Ocean.

In fact the closest would the the Indian Ocean.

There are rivers that lead from Nepal via India and Bangladesh into the Indian Ocean.

Nepal is on the foothills of the Himalayas. Nothing to do with the Pacific. South is India, north is Tibet (currently under Chinese power).
Nearest ocean - the Indian Ocean.

no
nepal is located near to the equator whose capital is Katmandu
it is surrounded by countries, not even close to an ocean, even though the nearest ocean is the indian ocean.

nepal, however is home to mount everest and is fairly cold
