University of the South Pacific-university extension?

I have been trying to find out what the curriculum or course requirements are for - Certificate in Pacific pre-school. UEP001,002,and 003.

Usually when a campus/university has an "EXTENSION," the classes are much more expensive. I took some accelerated summer courses. The good thing was that once you became matriculated (a real student) the extension courses counted toward your major or graduate coursework.
