How much travel tax does a Filipino national pay if leaving for Jakarta from Manila via Cebu Pacific?

I was told that since Cebu Pacific's a budget airline, the passenger's supposed to pay bigger travel tax. How true?

Travel tax is php1,620. That is a fixed amount charged by the Philippine Tourism Authority even if you take PAL or other airlines in leaving for abroad.

It is a fixed price set by the government for Philipine nationals using Philippine passport. However, dual citizens are exempted paying this travel tax if they are using their other nationality's passport.
