The movement is very slow so you might have to wait a million years. In the nearer term it will probably increase in activity and you will get more volcanoes and earthquakes due to global warming. The redistribution of million of tonnes of ice into water will be the cause.

Not really, unless someone triggers off a series of underground nuclear explosions. Changes occur daily but at the current rate...they might never end.
