Basically, i want to know the best and the cheapest alternative to getting international roaming activated on your mobile phone which has quite costly rates , both incoming and outgoing..

if you can, buy a reliance phone card. It's the most reliable , and very clear. I think you can buy one for 25 dollars and speak for around 200 minutes. There's no incoming on it, though. You can buy it online.
