i am on visit to usa from india if i get a f1 visa can i get a travel permit to go back and come again to usa?

if i get a admission in any of the university in usa and my status changes from b1-b2 to f1 will get a permit or can i travel without a permit and come back to usa from india

if you got F1 visa you can travel back to india as many times as you want until it expired.
about your second question if you tried to change your visa status from B1 to F1 then you need to go back to your counrty and stamped your visa for entry in united states.
